摘　　要：目的 回顾北京2022年冬(残)奥会张家口赛区血液保障工作,总结分析,为以后举办相关赛事血液保障工作提供经验。方法 收集筹备冬(残)奥会血液保障工作各时间节点具体工作安排,人员配置及住院、手术、血液保障相关数据信息,汇总分析。结果 成立冬(残)奥会血液保障工作组,参与测试赛血液保障,组建输血专业技术人员血液保障队伍,进驻北京大学第三医院崇礼院区,完成院区与张家口中心血站血液调剂11次合计1548U,保障院区接诊患者987人(住院41人,手术21人)用血需求,共发出6U红细胞和1治疗量单采血小板。结论 成功完成冬(残)奥会血液保障工作,无血液供应不足或逾期报废情况。Objective To review the blood security work of Zhangjiakou Competition area of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic(Paralympic)Games,summarize and analyze,and provide experience for the blood security work of related events in the future.Methods Specific work arrangements,personnel allocation,hospitalization,surgery and blood security data were collected and analyzed at each time node of blood security work in preparation for the Winter Olympic(Paralympic)Games.Results The blood security working group of the Winter Olympics was established to participate in the blood security of the test competition,and the blood security team of blood transfusion professionals was set up.The team was stationed in Chongli Hospital of Peking University Third Hospital,and completed 11 times of blood dispensing between the hospital and Zhangjiakou Central Blood Station,which amounted to 1548U.The blood demand of 987 patients(41 hospitalized and 21 operated)in the hospital was guaranteed.A total of 6U red blood cells and 1 therapeutic amount of apheresis platelets were emitted.Conclusion The blood supply for the Winter Olympic(Paralympic)games was successfully completed,and there was no insufficient blood supply or overdue scrap.
