生血宝联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者行生血宝+琥珀酸亚铁治疗效果。方法 数据取自本院2021年10月-2022年10月收治的110例妊娠期IDA患者,采取“随机数字表法”将其分为对照组(琥珀酸亚铁,n=55)、观察组(琥珀酸亚铁+生血宝,n=55),比较分析两组疗效。结果 用药前比较两组临床指标、免疫功能,无差异;用药后比较妊娠结局、不良反应,无差异(P>0.05);用药后与对照组比较,观察组Hb、MCV、HCT及SF值更高;CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值更高,CD8^(+)值更低;观察组有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生血宝+琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期IDA患者可改善贫血程度、调节机体免疫,增强疗效、改善妊娠结局,还可保证用药安全,值得推崇。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shengxuebao+ferrous succinate on pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods The data were collected from 110 pregnant IDA patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.They were randomly divided into control group(ferrous succinate,n=55)and observation group(ferrous succinate+Shengxuebao,n=55).The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results there was no difference in clinical indexes and immune function between the two groups before treatment;There was no difference in pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions after medication(P>0.05);After treatment,the values of Hb,MCV,HCT and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values are higher and cd8^(+)values are lower;The effective rate of the observation group(96.36%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Shengxuebao+ferrous succinate in the treatment of IDA patients during pregnancy can improve the degree of anemia,regulate the body immunity,enhance the curative effect,improve the pregnancy outcome,and ensure the safety of medication,which is worthy of praise.
