摘　　要：目的 研究臀高侧卧位矫正胎位指导对臀位孕妇胎位纠正及妊娠结局的影响。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年6月本院产检的100例臀位孕妇,分为自然转胎位组(33例)、膝胸卧位组(33例)、臀高侧卧位组(34例)。比较三组胎位矫正效果、孕妇舒适度、分娩方式以及妊娠结局。结果 臀高侧卧位组与膝胸卧位组总有效率比较无差异(P>0.05),但高于自然转胎位组(P<0.05);臀高侧卧位组不适感发生率高于自然转胎位组(P<0.05),但低于膝胸卧位组(P<0.05);臀高侧卧位组阴道分娩率高于膝胸卧位组、自然转胎位组(P<0.05),臀高侧卧位组剖宫产率低于膝胸卧位组、自然转胎位组(P<0.05);臀高侧卧位组出血量小于膝胸卧位组、自然转胎位组(P<0.05),臀高侧卧位组新生儿窒息率低于自然转胎位组(P<0.05),臀高侧卧位组Apgar评分高于膝胸卧位组、自然转胎位组(P<0.05)。结论 臀高侧卧位用于矫正臀位胎位具有显著的矫正效果,且产妇舒适度、自然分娩成功率较高,可改善母婴结局。Objective To study the effect of the guidance of correcting fetal position in breech high lateral decubitus position on the correction of fetal position and pregnancy outcome of breech pregnant women.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,100 pregnant women with breech position were selected and divided into natural fetal position group(33 cases),knee-chest position group(33 cases)and breech high lateral position group(34 cases).The effects of fetal position correction,comfort of pregnant women,delivery mode and pregnancy outcome were compared among the three groups.Results There was no difference in the total effective rate between the hip high lateral lying position group and the knee chest lying position group(P>0.05),but it was higher than the natural fetal position group(P<0.05);The incidence of discomfort in the buttock high lateral position group was higher than that in the natural fetal position group(P<0.05),but lower than that in the knee chest position group(P<0.05);The vaginal delivery rate in the buttock high lateral lying position group was higher than that in the knee chest lying position group and the natural fetal position group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the buttock high lateral lying position group was lower than that in the knee chest lying position group and the natural fetal position group(P<0.05);The amount of bleeding in the hip high lateral lying position group was lower than that in the knee chest lying position group and the natural fetal position group(P<0.05),the asphyxia rate of newborns in the hip high lateral lying position group was lower than that in the natural fetal position group(P<0.05),and the Apgar score in the hip high lateral lying position group was higher than that in the knee chest lying position group and the natural fetal position group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip high lateral decubitus position has a significant correcti on effect on the correction of breech position and fetal position,and the maternal comfort and natural delivery success rate are high,which can i
