益气补血、升陷起痿法辨治静脉性阳痿

摘　　要：静脉性阳痿病位在宗筋,与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关,根本病机为气血失和,内在病理变化为肝郁血虚、脾虚失运、肾阳亏虚,重要病理环节为瘀血阻络。提出益气补血、升陷起痿法治疗静脉性阳痿,即通过养肝健脾、温肾壮阳、活血通络,综合调理肝、脾、肾三脏的气血功能,自拟八珍升陷起痿汤作为常用主方,并配合运用院内制剂、中成药和西药辅助治疗,随症灵活加减,共奏养肝健脾温肾、益气补血通络之功,达升陷起痿之目的。In traditional Chinese medicine,the location of venous impotence is at all sinews,closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.The fundamental pathogenesis is the disharmony of qi and blood,while the internal patho-logical changes are liver constraint and blood deficiency,spieen deficiency and loss of transportation,and kidney yang depletion,and the key pathological link is blood stasis obstructing the collaterals.The method of boosting qi and supplementing blood,raising the sunken and wei is proposed to treat the venous impotence.Through nourishing the liver and fortifying the spleen,warming kidney and strengthening yang,activating blood and unblocking collaterals,the qi and blood functions of the liver,spleen and kidney are regulated.Self-made Bazhen Shengxian Qiwei Decoction(八珍升陷起痿汤)is the commonly used formula,and additionally hospital preparations,Chinese patent medicine and western medicine can be used.And it is also critical to adjust the prescriptions according to the symptoms.All the above mentioned together can help to nourish the liver,fortify the spleen and warm kidney,boost qi,supplement blood and unblock collaterals,thereby raising the sunken and wei.
