基于“心主神明”探讨情志在肺结节发生发展中的作用

摘　　要：在“心主神明”理论中,心神主导情志变化,情志影响心神调控。基于此对肺结节的病机进行分析,认为心神失调所致情志内伤可导致脏腑功能紊乱,引发痰浊、瘀血、邪毒等病理产物的产生与蓄积,作用于肺形成肺结节的发病基础。故在防治肺结节时应考虑患者的心神、情志状态,应用中药、针灸、情志疗法、养生等方法,以疏肝宁心、调畅气机为原则调畅情志,以补虚泻实、宁心安神为原则调养心神,对肺结节的临床诊疗具有一定指导意义。According to the theory of"the heart governs the mental activity",the heart spirit dominates the emo-tional change,and emotion affects the spirit regulation.This paper analyzed the pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules,and believed that the internal emotional damage induced by heart spirit disorders causing functional disorder of zang fu(脏腑)organs,then leading to the production and accumulation of pathological products such as phlegm,blood sta-sis,and pathogenic toxin,and finally acting on the lung is the potential pathogenesis.Therefore,in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules,the patient's heart spirit and emotional state should be considered,and the Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,emotional therapy,health preservation and others can be used,taking the principle of soothing the liver and calming the heart,and regulating the qi mechanism when regulat-ing the emotional state,and following the principle of reinforcing the deficiency and reducing the excess,calming the heart and the spirit when regulating the heart spirit,all of which may provide certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.
