四君子汤加减治疗月经不调气虚证的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四君子汤加减治疗月经不调气虚证的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年12月江苏省南通市第二人民医院收治的月经不调气虚证患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予四君子汤加减治疗。比较两组临床症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组神疲乏力、气短懒言、自汗、脉虚无力例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组神疲乏力、气短懒言、自汗、脉虚无力例数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:四君子汤加减等治疗月经不调气虚证的效果显著,可以改善临床症状,促进月经周期、经量、经期恢复正常,值得临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the modified Sijunzi Decoction in treatment of irregular menstruation and Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with irregular menstruation and Qi deficiency syndrome admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Nantong in Jiangsu Province from May 2020 to November 2021 were selected as he study subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with modified Sijunzi Decoction.The improvement of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of patients with mental fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy words,spontaneous sweating,and pulse deficiency and weakness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of patients with mental fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy words,spontaneous sweating,and pulse deficiency and weakness in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The modified Sijunzi Decoction has a significant effect in treatment of irregular menstruation and Qi deficiency syndrome,it can improve clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and menstrual period,which is worthy of clinical application.
