心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析高血压合并左心室肥厚患者应用心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年7月湖北省武汉市武昌区积玉桥街社区卫生服务中心收治的高血压合并左心室肥厚患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用心可舒胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压水平及左心室肥厚情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组室间隔厚度、后壁厚度、心室内径、左心室质量指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并左心室肥厚患者采用心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗的效果显著,能够有效控制血压水平,改善左心室肥厚情况。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xinkeshu capsule and valsartan in treatment of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2021,80 hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy admitted to the Wuhan City Wuchang District Yuqiao Street Community Health Service Center in Hubei Province were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Xinkeshu capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,blood pressure level and left ventricular hypertrophy in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the interventricular septal thickness,posterior wall thickness,ventricular diameter and left ventricular mass index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinkeshu capsule and valsartan have a significant effect in treatment of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy,and can effectively control blood pressure levels and improve left ventricular hypertrophy.
