阿司匹林肠溶片联合杏芎氯化钠注射液对急性冠状动脉综合征患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:分析急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月锦州医科大学附属第一医院心内科收治的ACS患者108例作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为参照组与研究组,各54例。参照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,研究组在参照组基础上予以杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗。比较两组心功能指标、认知功能、神经功能、血清氧化指标及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径低于参照组,左室射血分数、血清脑钠肽高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组简易智能精神状态检查量表评分高于参照组,神经功能缺损量表评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于参照组,丙二醛水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:ACS患者予以阿司匹林肠溶片联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗的效果显著,可改善认知功能及神经功能,促进心功能、血清氧化指标恢复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with floium ginkgo extract and tertram ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection treatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 108 ACS patients who were treated in the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a reference group and a research group by double-blind method,with 54 cases in each group.The reference group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The research group received floium ginkgo extract and tertram ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection on basis of reference group.Cardiac function index,cognitive function,neurological function,serum oxidation index and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,and left ventricular ejection fraction and serum brain natriuretic peptide in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,Mini-Mental State Examination score in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,and the National Institute of Health stroke scale score in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase level in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the malondialdehyde level in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with floiu
