超声心动图对风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的诊断效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的诊断中应用超声心动图的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月湖南省湘潭县中医医院收治的30例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者作为研究对象。所有患者接受超声心动图检查,以临床综合诊断为疾病诊断“金标准”,分析超声心动图检查的诊断效能及其对二尖瓣瓣膜狭窄程度的检出率。结果:超声心动图检查的敏感度为92.86%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为93.33%;Kappa为0.759,一致性良好。超声心动图、临床综合诊断检测轻、中、重度狭窄的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声心动图对风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的诊断效能显著,有助于明确疾病的具体情况,判断二尖瓣的狭窄程度,为临床治疗提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the effect of echocardiography in the diagnosis of mitral stenosis in rheumatic heart disease.Methods:Thirty patients with mitral stenosis in rheumatic heart disease admitted to Xiangtan Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received echocardiography.The clinical compre-hensive diagnosis was used as the"gold standard"of disease diagnosis,the diagnostic efficiency of echocardiography and its detec-tion rate of mitral stenosis were analyzed.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of echocardiography were 92.86%,100.00%and 93.33%,respectively;the Kappa was 0.759,indicating good consistence.There was no significant difference in the detection rates of mild,moderate and severe stenosis between echocardiography and clinical comprehensive diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography has significant diagnostic efficiency for mitral stenosis in rheumatic heart disease,it is helpful to clarify the specific condition of the disease,judge the degree of mitral stenosis,and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.
