整体优质护理辅助血液透析联合药物治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者生活质量及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者应用整体优质护理辅助血液透析联合药物治疗干预对生活质量、护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月宜兴市人民医院收治的SAP患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各40例。患者均采取血液透析及药物治疗,对照组在治疗期间采取常规护理措施,试验组采取整体优质护理干预。对比两组生活质量、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组生理功能、心理功能、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:应用整体优质护理干预辅助血液透析联合药物治疗SAP的效果显著,可有效提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the influence of overall high-quality nursing combined with hemodialysis and drug intervention treatment on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:A total of 80 patients with SAP in Yixing People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.All patients were given hemodialysis and drug treatment.During the treatment period,the control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group were given overall high-quality nursing intervention.The quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,mental health and social function in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of overall high-quality nursing combined with hemodialysis and drug treatment for SAP has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,increase the nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
