摘　　要：目的:分析对高尿酸血症患者实施基于“互联网+”的社区自我管理模式的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月居住在深圳市福田区9个社区健康服务中心的400例高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象,采用调查问卷收集患者一般资料、患病情况,并应用“互联网”的社区自我管理模式,比较管理前后患者高尿酸血症知识知晓情况及自我效能。结果:管理后,男性、女性,40~60岁,初中以下、高中/大专、本科及以上高尿酸血症知识知晓水平高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);20~40岁患者管理前后,高尿酸血症知识知晓水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,患者饮食管理、运动管理、血尿酸监测、药物管理、医疗保健评分及总分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症患者应用基于“互联网+”的社区自我管理模式的效果显著,可以提高相关知识知晓率和自我效能。Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing the"Internet+"based community self-management mode in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:A total of 400 patients with hyperuricemia living in 9 community health service centers in Futian District of Shenzhen City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The general information and disease status of patients were collected by questionnaires,and the community self-management mode of"Internet"was used.The knowledge awareness of hyperuricemia and self-efficacy of patients before and after management were compared.Results:After management,the knowledge awareness levels of hyperuricemia in males,females,patients aged 40-60 years old,patients with an education background of below junior high school,high school/junior college,undergraduate and above were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before and after the management,there was no statistically significant difference in the knowledge awareness level of hyperuricemia in patients aged 20-40 years old(P>0.05).After management,the patients′diet management,exercise management,blood uric acid monitoring,drug management,health care score and total score were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"Internet+"based community self-management mode in patients with hyperuricemia has a significant effect,which can improve the knowledge awareness rate and self-efficacy.
