缬沙坦分散片与硝苯地平控释片联合用药方案治疗原发性高血压病的临床评估

摘　　要：目的探析在原发性高血压病治疗中使用缬沙坦分散片与硝苯地平控释片联合用药的临床效果。方法参与本次研究中的104例原发性高血压病患者均于2018年1月至2020年1月在沈阳市红十字会医院进行治疗,将本次研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组原发性高血压患者仅采用硝苯地平控释片治疗方案,而试验组患者则采用缬沙坦分散片与硝苯地平控释片联合用药治疗方案,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率及血压水平。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率为94.23%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为80.77%,试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;试验组的不良反应发生率为3.85%,对照组患者的不良反应发生率为5.77%,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的血压情况比较:试验组患者治疗后的血压水平相较于对照组患者更低,更接近于正常血压,P<0.05。评价两组生活质量改善情况:治疗后两组生活质量均有所提升,且试验组各维度评分值均较对照组高,P<0.05。结论针对原发性高血压病患者,缬沙坦分散片与硝苯地平控释片联合用药方案治疗效果理想,利于保持患者血压稳定,且较硝苯地平控释片单药治疗并未增加不良反应率,安全性理想。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combining valsartan disperse tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of essential.Methods All patients in this study are from January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 104 patients with essential hypertension,the study is randomly divided into experimental group and control group 52 cases.Control group of essential hypertension treatment only nifedipine controlled release tablets,and experimental group patients with valsartan scattered tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets combination,compare the two groups of clinical total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and blood pressure level.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.23%,and the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 80.77%.The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the two groups before and after treatment,the blood pressure level of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,which was closer to the normal blood pressure,P<0.05.The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was improved,and the scores of each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with essential hypertension,the treatment effect of valsartan dispersed tablet and nifedipine controlled release tablet is ideal,which is beneficial to keep the blood pressure stable,and the adverse reaction rate is not increased compared with that of the safety is ideal.
