摘　　要：血液发放工作是血站工作中不可或缺的一环,但在实际操作过程中,存在一定的风险和问题。本文系统分析了血液发放工作中需要注意的事项,包括献血前的筛查与血液采集、血液贮存与运输、血液发放流程等,并针对关键点,给出了相应的解决方案和纠正预防措施。通过对相关文献和实践经验的总结,为医院输血治疗中的血液发放工作提供一定的参考。Blood distribution is an indispensable part of blood bank work,but in the actual operation process,there are certain risks and problems.This paper systematically analyzes the matters that need to be paid attention to in blood distribution,including screening and blood collection before blood donation,blood storage and transportation,blood distribution process,etc.,and gives corresponding solutions and corrective and preventive measures for key points.Through the summary of relevant literature and practical experience,it provides a certain reference for blood distribution in hospital blood transfusion treatment.
