精细化护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用及对血清胆红素、黄疸消退时间的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究新生儿黄疸应用精细化护理干预的效果及对血清胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的新生黄疸患儿300例为对象,按照护理方式不同分为参比组和分析组,每组各150例。其中,分析组给予常规护理措施,参比组给予精细化护理措施,比较两组护理前后疾病转归指标、治疗依从性、不良反应发生率及护理满意度情况。结果参比组血清胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间、蓝光治疗照射时间、住院天数、每日进奶量、排便次数、护理依从性、不良反应发生率、护理满意度均优于分析组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸应用精细化护理干预,有利于黄疸消退,降低血清胆红素含量,同时提升新生儿治疗依从性和家属满意度,降低不良反应发生率,提升临床症状转归。Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing intervention on neonatal jaundice and its impact on serum bilirubin levels and jaundice resolution time.Method Three hundred newborns with jaundice admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an analysis group according to different nursing methods,with 150 cases in each group.Among them,the analysis group received routine nursing measures,while the reference group received refined nursing measures.Disease outcome indicators,treatment compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result The serum bilirubin level,the time for jaundice to subside,the time for fetal stools to turn yellow,the irradiation time for blue light therapy,the number of days of hospitalization,the amount of milk intake per day,the number of bowel movements,nursing compliance,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the nursing satisfaction of the reference group were better than those of the analysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice can be beneficial for the resolution of jaundice,reduce serum bilirubin content,improve neonatal treatment compliance,family satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and significantly improve clinical symptom outcomes.
