基于医护患共同决策模式的护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后的影响探析

摘　　要：目的研究基于医护患共同决策模式的护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后的影响。方法选取本院于2021年6月至2023年3月收治的老年髋部骨折患者90例,随机分为观察组(45例,医护患共同决策护理模式)和对照组(45例,骨科基础护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者骨折愈合时间、住院时间、正常行走时间、患者总体满意、疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、Morse量表评分、FIM认知量表评分、FIM运动量表评分、Harris量表评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于医护患共同决策模式的护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后恢复效果具有积极影响,因此基于医护患共同决策模式更具推广价值。Objective To study the impact of nursing based on a collaborative decision-making model between doctors,nurses,and patients on the postoperative outcomes of elderly patients with hip fractures.Method Ninety elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group(45 cases,with medical and patient decision-making nursing mode)and a control group(45 cases,with orthopedic basic nursing).Comparison of the outcomes of patient care in the two groups.Result Fracture healing time,hospitalization time,normal walking time,overall patient satisfaction,pain visual analog scale score,Morse scale score,FIM cognitive scale score,FIM motor scale score,Harris scale score,and complication rate of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on the joint decision-making model of doctors,nurses,and patients has a positive impact on the postoperative recovery effect of elderly patients with hip fractures.Therefore,the joint decision-making model of doctors,nurses,and patients is more valuable for promotion.
