针对性护理在急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的效果。方法在山东省成武县人民医院五官科从2021年1月至2022年1月收治的所有急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者中随机选取80例作为研究对象,按照随机的原则平均分为常规组与研究组两组,每组40例,常规组患者实施医院制定的普通护理模式,研究组患者实施针对性护理模式。分别统计两组患者的生活质量评分、护理有效性、并发症发生率以及护理满意度,通过对比得出研究结论。结果研究组患者的生活质量评分高于常规组患者,P<0.05;研究组患者的护理有效率高于常规组患者,P<0.05;研究组患者的并发症发生率低于常规组患者,P<0.05;研究组患者的护理满意度高于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论在急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者护理中,实施针对性护理可以有效提高患者的生活质量,帮助患者更好地进行恢复,减少急性化脓性扁桃体炎相关并发症的发生,提高疾病的预后效果,促进患者的康复进程更加快捷有效,并且使用针对性护理还可以提高患者对于本医院护理工作的满意度,避免医患矛盾的发生,运用效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of acute purulent tonsillitis.Methods All patients with acute purulent tonsillitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and the 80 patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization,including 40 patients in each group,the patients in the routine group implemented the general nursing mode formulated by the hospital,and the patients in the study group implemented the targeted nursing mode.The quality of life scores,nursing effectiveness,complication rates and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were respectively calculated,and the research conclusions were drawn by comparison.Results The quality of life score of patients in the study group who implemented the targeted nursing mode was higher than that of the routine group patients who implemented the hospital-specified general care mode,P<0.05.The nursing effectiveness of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the patients in the routine group,P<0.05.The complication rate of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the patients in the routine group,P<0.05,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the patients in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with acute purulent tonsillitis,the implementation of targeted nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,help patients recover better,reduce the vocalization of complications related to acute purulent tonsillitis,improve the prognosis effect of the disease,promote the recovery process of patients to be faster and more effective,and the use of targeted nursing can also improve patients'satisfaction with the nursing work of the hospital,avoid the occurrence of doctor-patient contradictions,and the application effect is remarkable,which is worth promoting.
