康复护理对脑卒中继发癫痫患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中继发癫痫患者采取康复护理干预的效果。方法本次研究共选取了84例脑卒中继发癫痫患者对象,所有患者均于2019年12月至2020年12月在辽宁省阜新市中心医院接受相关治疗,根据Excel表格中的编号将其分为对照组和观察组,各有患者42例,分别实施了常规护理干预和康复护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后的运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer)评分、日常生活活动功能状态(Barthel)评分。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。比较两组患者护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上对脑卒中继发癫痫患者实施治疗的过程中,给患者配合应用康复护理干预,可有效改善患者的肢体运动功能及生活活动功能,从而提高患者的日常生活能力,还能较好的改善患者的情绪状态,患者及家属对此种护理模式较为满意。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke.Methods In this study,a total of 84 patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke were selected.All patients received relevant treatment at Fuxin Central Hospital in Liaoning Province from December 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the number in the Excel spreadsheet,with 42 patients each,routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation nursing intervention were implemented separately.The motor function scale(Fugl-Meyer)scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared The Barthel score for the functional status of activities of daily living.Compare the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after intervention between two groups of patients.Compare the nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,patients in the observation group had better Fugl-Meyer scores,Barthel scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and nursing satisfaction than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment for patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke,combining rehabilitation nursing interventions with patients can effectively improve their limb motor function and daily activity function,thereby enhancing their daily living ability and improving their emotional state.Patients and their families are satisfied with this nursing model.
