摘　　要：血液病科收治患者具有病情危重、住院周期长、并发症多等特点,对于本科医师及实习生的要求较高。在互联网时代,已经沿袭多年的教学模式已经难以适应临床实习生学习和研究的要求,基于网络平台的线上教育逐渐被引入。本文通过介绍病例为基础的学习,并对其在临床应用中的相关经验进行归纳和总结,分析探讨该模式的优势与局限性,为互联网时代医学教育的改革和创新提供思路,进一步提高临床实习生培训的综合质量。Patients admitted to hematology departments are characterized by critical conditions,long hospitalization periods,and many complications,which place high demands on undergraduate physicians and interns.Traditional teaching models can no longer meet the high quality needs of clinical intern training in the Internet era,and online education based on web platforms is gradually being introduced.This paper analyzes and discusses the advantages and limitations of this model by introducing case-based learning and summarizing its relevant experience in clinical application,so as to provide ideas for reform and innovation of medical education in the post-epidemic era and further improve the comprehensive quality of clinical trainee training.
