中国医疗队精神融入医学课程思政建设的价值与策略

摘　　要：将一代又一代援外医疗队员以实际行动铸就的“不畏艰苦、甘于奉献、救死扶伤、大爱无疆”的中国医疗队精神融入医学课程思政建设,有助于提升医学课程思政的政治高度,有助于拓展医学课程思政的视野宽度,有助于提升医学课程思政的情感温度。为此,要通过多渠道培训提高教师课程思政意识和能力,要建设课程思政资源库丰富课程思政教学内容,要讲好中国援外医疗故事,发挥医学课堂教学主渠道育人功能。Integrating the spirit of the Chinese medical team—no fear of hardship,willingness to sacrifice,healing the wounded and rescuing the dying,boundless love for life,which has been forged by generations of foreign medical aid workers through their practical actions,into the Ideological&Political Education of medical course,contributes to elevating the political height,broadening the horizon,and enhancing the feeling of warmth of the Ideological&Political education in medical courses.To achieve this,it is essential to improve teachers'awareness and ability of the Ideological&Political Education of medical course through multi-channel training,build a resource bank for it and enrich the content of it,publicize the story of China's medical aid abroad,and give full play to the function of education through the main channel of medical classroom teaching.
