摘 要:选择单侧大腿截肢者280人,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组140人。试验组在医工结合模式下进行假肢适配,对照组在传统模式下进行假肢适配,分别在干预前、干预8周、干预12周进行室内步态分析、6 min步行距离和能量消耗测试。在12周干预结束后采用量表进行满意度调查,以探讨医工结合假肢适配模式对下肢截肢者步行能力及满意度的影响。280 patients with unilateral thigh amputation were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each consisting of 140 people.The prosthetic adaptation was performed in the experimental group under the medical-engineered mode,while the control group under the traditional mode.The indoor gait analysis,6-minute walking distance and energy consumption test were performed before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks after intervention.At the end of the 12-week intervention,a satisfaction survey was conducted adopting the scale to explore the effectiveness of the medical-engineering adaptive prosthesis on the walking ability and satisfaction of lower limb amputees.
