摘  要:了解儿科规范化培训护士心理弹性、压力应对方式及临床归属感现状并分析三者之间的相关性,探讨心理弹性、压力应对方式对儿科规范化培训护士临床归属感的影响,以提升护士的临床归属感,从而提高儿科规范化培训质量。This paper aims to understand the current situation of psychological resilience,stress coping style and clinical sense of belonging among nurses in pediatric standardized training,and to analyze the correlation among them,and to explore the influence of psychological resilience and stress coping style on the clinical sense of belonging among nurses in pediatric standardized training,so as to improve the clinical sense of belonging of nurses and the quality of pediatric standardized training.
