摘 要:废旧车辆轮胎胶粉在沥青路面中的应用主要通过湿法和干法两种工艺来实施,研究至今,有关湿法橡胶粉改性沥青工艺,以及橡胶沥青混合料在实际路面工程中的应用经验已相当成熟,而且其长期路用性能稳定。而干法工艺制备橡胶沥青混合料,它是将废旧橡胶粉、集料和沥青一起投入搅拌缸拌和而成,性能较湿法相比十分不稳定。众多学者尝试了多种方法用于其性质的改进。目前国内主要采用的就是通过掺加维他连接剂(TOR)或国产连接剂(CTOR)来改进干法工艺的施工和易性。总结近十年来国内外干法橡胶沥青混合料研究进展及发展趋势,并对干法橡胶沥青混合料的未来研究方向进行了展望。The application of waste vehicle tire rubber powder in asphalt pavement is mainly implemented by wet method and dry method.So far,the application experience of wet rubber powder modified asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture in actual pavement engineering has been quite mature,and its long-term road performance is stable.The rubber asphalt mixture prepared by the dry process is made by putting the waste rubber powder,aggregate and asphalt into the mixing tank,and its performance is very unstable compared with the wet process.Many scholars have tried various methods to improve its properties.At present,the main method used in China is to improve the construction work ability of dry process by mixing TOR or CTOR.The research progress and development trend of dry rubber asphalt mixture at home and abroad in the past ten years are summarized.The future research direction of dry rubber asphalt mixture is prospected.
