摘 要:基于AC-16级配,选用Sasobit温拌剂作为外加剂,对不同旧沥青混合料掺量下的性能进行了试验及应用研究。研究结果表明:随着旧料掺量的提高,温拌再生沥青混合料的水稳定性能及高温性能呈先增大后降低的趋势,分别在旧料掺量30%、40%时达到最大值;低温抗裂性能与抗疲劳性能随旧料增加逐渐降低,旧料掺量达到60%后,低温性能不能满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40—2004)的要求;温拌再生沥青混合料的实际应用性能优异,推广前景广阔,综合试验及应用研究,建议旧料的替代量取30%~40%。Based on AC-16 gradation,Sasobit warm mix was selected as the additive,and the performance of different old asphalt mixtures was tested and applied.The results show that the water stability and high temperature performance of the warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture increase first and then decrease with the increase of the old material content,and reach the maximum value when the old material content is 30%and 40%,respectively.The low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance gradually decrease with the increase of the old material.When the content of the old material reaches 60%,the low-temperature performance cannot meet the requirements of Technical Specification For Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement(JTG F40—2004).The practical application performance of warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture is excellent,and the promotion prospect is broad.Based on the comprehensive test and application research,it is suggested that the replacement amount of the old material should be 30%~40%.
