摘 要:创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)后可激活体内多种响应机制参与神经元的损伤与修复,如凋亡、坏死、自噬、铁死亡等,泛素蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin proteasome system,UPS)也深度参与TBI后的细胞内蛋白质降解,并与前述机制相互交联。本文对其在TBI后对神经元损伤的作用机制进行综述,拟为如何积极调控UPS从而保护脑组织和改善患者预后的研究提供新的参考方向。After traumatic brain injury(TBI),a variety of response mechanisms in the body can be activated to participate in the damage and repair of neurons,such as apoptosis,necrosis,autophagy or ferroptosis.The ubiquitin proteasome system(UPS)is also deeply involved in intracellular protein degradation after TBI,and is cross-linked with the aforementioned mechanisms.This article will review its mechanism of action on neuron damage after TBI,and propose how to actively regulate UPS so as to provide a new reference direction for the study of protecting brain tissue and improving the prognosis of patients.
