饰面清水混凝土在洪屏抽水蓄能电站工程中的应用

摘　　要：清水混凝土是一种可直接当作建筑物外立面的高质量混凝土,其中饰面清水混凝土有更高的施工质量要求。本文以洪屏抽水蓄能电站为例,重点对饰面清水混凝土的各类原材料的选择、最优配合比的设计、高质量维萨模板的制作与安装及混凝土养护和保护进行了详细介绍。为饰面清水混凝土在水利、公路、铁路等大型基建工程中的推广和应用提供了成功的案例支撑。Fair-faced concrete is a kind of high-quality concrete that can be directly used as the facade of a building,and the finished fair-faced concrete has higher construction quality requirements.Taking Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,the selection of raw materials,the design of optimal mix ratio,the manufacture and installation of high-quality Visa formwork,and the maintenance and protection of concrete are introduced in detail.It provides a successful case support for the popularization and application of fair-faced concrete in water conservancy,highway,railway and other large infrastructure projects.
