摘　　要：文章阐述智慧服务理念下科技查新服务面临的三方面转变,构建依据用户需求多样化配置知识资源、开展技术和人文并重的精准服务的智慧化查新服务模式,并设计具备智能化技术挖掘、智慧化精准服务等特点,集成委托用户模块、业务处理模块、综合管理模块,可为用户提供高效便捷信息体验的科技查新智慧服务综合管理平台。This article elaborates on the three transformations faced by technology novelty search services under the concept of smart services,constructs a model of smart novelty search services that diversifies knowledge researchs based on user needs,provides precise service with technology and humanities.It designs a model characterized by intelligent technology mining and intelligent precision services,achieving the integration of entrusted customer modules,business flow modules,and comprehensive management modules,providing users a sci-tech novelty search service comprehensive platform with an efficient and convenient information experience。
