摘　　要：当前台海地区正在进行着分裂与反分裂、干涉与反干涉的尖锐较量。美国把中国作为最主要的“战略竞争对手”,在印太地区拼凑同盟伙伴体系,与台湾地区当地勾连打造台湾地区当地军火库,造成台海形势严峻复杂,出现风高浪急甚至惊涛骇浪的可能性增大。对此,要坚定执行党的二十大决策部署,坚决贯彻新时代党解决台湾问题的总体方略,保持战略自信、战略定力、战略主动,牢牢站稳国家统一的价值制高点、解决台湾问题的原则规则制高点、和平统一的道义制高点、中国内政的制高点。坚持和平统一的努力,加强军事斗争准备,随时应对各种复杂状况,推进国家统一进程。Currently, there is a fierce competition between secession and anti-secession, interference and anti-interference in the Taiwan Strait. The United States takes China as its primary “strategic competitor”, cobbles together a system of alliance partners in the Indo-Pacific region, and works with Taiwan to build Taiwan's arsenal, which makes the situation in the Taiwan Strait grim and complicated, and heightens the likelihood of high winds, waves, and even violent surges. In this regard, we must firmly implement the decisions and arrangements of the 20th CPC National Congress;resolutely implement overall strategy of CPC for resolving the Taiwan question in the new era;tightly uphold strategic confidence, strategic determination, and strategic initiative;firmly maintain the commanding heights of the value of national reunification, the commanding heights of the principles and rules for resolving the Taiwan question, the moral commanding heights of peaceful reunification;and the commanding heights of China' s domestic affairs. We must adhere to efforts for peaceful reunification, enhance military preparedness, be ready to respond to various complex situations at any time, and advance the process of national reunification.
