马英九“一个中国”立场辨析——以其内地行为中心的考察

摘　　要：2023年3、4月间,马英九赴内地“祭祖”,并率领马英九基金会“大九学堂”青年学子访问南京、武汉、长沙、重庆、上海等地。从马英九内地行的言行中,可以看出他所坚持的“一个中国”立场,主要表现在:(1)秉持“中国人”的自我定位和认同;(2)通过历史场域链接中国国民党与“中华民国”;(3)在又一次确认“九二共识”中体现一个中国原则;(4)承认中国共产党建设中国的努力和贡献;(5)坚定反对和反击“两国论”。马英九明确表明“两岸同属中华民族”、“两岸同属一个中国”,明确提出“振兴中华”,肯定了中国共产党建设中国的贡献,对两岸关系和平发展、维护国家和平统一的前景具有积极意义,内地方面也因而充分肯定了马英九为发展两岸关系作出的重要贡献。In March and April 2023,Ma Ying-jeou went to the Chinese mainland to“worship ancestors”.Ma led a group of Taiwan students of Ma Ying-jeou Foundation“Dajiu School”visiting several cities,including Nanjing,Wuhan,Changsha Chongqing and Shanghai.From Ma Ying-jeou's words and deeds in Chinese mainland,we can discover that he adheres to the“One China”stance,which is mainly manifested in:(1)Uphold the self-positioning and identity of“Chinese”;(2)Link the Chinese Kuomintang and the“Republic of China”through the historical field;(3)Reaffirming once again that the“1992 Consensus”embodies the One-China principle;(4)Recognize the efforts and contributions of the CPC in building China;(5)Firmly oppose and counter the“Two Chinas”.Ma clearly stated that“both sides belong to the Chinese nation”and“both sides belong to one China”,and clearly proposed“Revitalizing China”,affirming the contribution of the Communist Party of China to the construction of China,which has positive significance to the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and the prospect of safeguarding the peaceful reunification of the country.Therefore,the Chinese mainland also fully affirmed Ma's important contribution to the development of cross-Strait relations.
