清末民初赈灾杰出女性与女性慈善团体研究——以盛庄德华与女界义赈会为例

摘　　要：文章以盛宣怀档案为基本史料,探究了盛庄德华和女界义赈会源流。1906年江北水灾,朝廷委派官员协助赈灾,吕李氏、盛庄氏印发3000张《广募中国女界捐助灾区粮食公启》倡导女界捐粮赈灾。1920年南北各省水旱灾害严重,庄德华发起女界义赈会,以盛氏愚斋义庄为依托,与华洋义赈会、上海基督教青年会、精武会等社团展开合作,通过举办游艺会、演剧筹赈为陕西和豫西饥荒、衡阳水灾、湘西旱灾筹集赈款。从1906年至1926年,庄德华一直致力于倡导女界指囷移粟、典珥质钗进行赈灾,她是女界义赈会的创办者,为女界义赈会的成立和发展做出突出贡献。This paper used Sheng Xuanhuai Archives in the Shanghai Municipal archives as the basic historical material to explore the origins of Sheng-Zhuang Dehua and the Women' s Relief Society.In 1906,Qing Dynasty' s central government assigned senior officials to the relief of the Jiangbei Flood.Then,Their wives issued 3000 copies of the Public Notice for the Donation of Food to the Affected Areas by the Chinese Women' s Community to advocate the women' s community to donate food.Because of the severe floods and droughts in the northern and southern provinces in 1920,Sheng-Zhuang Dehua initiated the Women' s Association for Righteousness,and cooperated with the Chinese and Western Volunteer Relief Association,the Shanghai YMCA,and the Jingwu Association to raise funds for the famine in Shaanxi and western Henan,the floods in Hengyang,and the droughts in western Hunan through organizing parades and plays.From 1906 to 1926,Sheng-Zhuang Dehua was an advocate of women' s generosity in sponsoring food shipments to disaster areas and pawning jewelry to raise funds for donations,and she was a founding member of the Women' s Relief Society,making a prominent contribution to its establishment and development.
