摘  要:针对目前检测高铁车轴钢坯缺陷存在的难点,提出一种基于弱磁的自适应防振动钢坯缺陷检测技术。该技术采用一种直角坐标式传感器组,将两组传感器垂直交叉排布,覆盖在钢坯的两面实现钢坯缺陷检测,接着利用差分法与拉依达准判断异常信号从而定位缺陷空间位置。另外,为消除传输过程中传送带由于振动产生的噪声而造成的误判,利用在振动时同一列探头磁通量的相对幅值变化趋势一致的特点,将不同探头采集到的信号和防振动探头信号进行差分处理来过滤振动噪声。实验证明,该技术定位的缺陷位置与实际位置一致,这表明该方法能快速、方便、准确地定位出缺陷的位置,具有很高的实用性,为检测钢坯提出新思路。According to the difficulty of detecting billet defects of high-speed rail axle,a self-adaptive vibration detection technique based on weak magnetic detection is proposed.The technique uses a right-angle coordinate sensor group,overlapping the two groups of sensors vertically,covering two sides of the billet to achieve the blank defect detection,and then uses the difference method and Laida to determine the abnormal signal to locate the spatial position of the defect.Moreover,in order to eliminate the misdiscrimination caused by the transmission process,the vibration noise uses the relative amplitude of the magnetic flux of the same series during vibration.Experiments show that the defect position located in this paper is almost consistent with the actual position,which shows that the method proposed can locate the defects quickly,conveniently and accurately,which has high practicability and proposes new ideas for detecting billet.
