摘 要:为满足低温风洞高精度温度传感器校准多通道并行、电缆线无法拆卸等现场校准需求,研制一套基于电制冷的低温风洞高精度温度计现场校准装置。校准装置采用多层结构、真空绝热、增加热阻等方法降低热量/冷量损失,设计冷量分配器减小中间层与内层的温差降低热辐射,配置辅助冷却套管降低引出电缆温度梯度,并通过在安装铜座和校准腔均匀布置标准温度计和加热器,实现温度精确控制,系统保证校准腔温度均匀性和稳定性。校准装置性能测试实验结果表明:在45路温度传感器并行校准条件下,校准温度范围可达77~323 K,有效温度场的温度均匀性和温度波动性均优于33 mK,能够满足低温风洞温度传感器现场校准需求。In order to meet the field calibration requirements of the cryogenic wind tunnel high-precision temperature sensor calibration with multiple channels in parallel and the cable line cannot be disassembled,a set of field calibration device of the cryogenic wind tunnel high-precision thermometer based on electric cooling is developed.The calibration device adopts multi-layer structure,vacuum adiabatic and increased thermal resistance to reduce heat/cold loss,designs a cold distributor to reduce the temperature difference between the middle layer and the inner layer to reduce heat radiation,configures auxiliary cooling sleeves to reduce the temperature gradient of the lead cable,and arranges standard thermometers and heaters evenly in the mounting copper base and calibration chamber to achieve precise temperature control,and the system ensures the temperature uniformity and stability of the calibration chamber.The performance test results of the calibration device show that the calibration temperature range can reach 77-323K under the condition of parallel calibration of 45 temperature sensors,and the temperature uniformity and temperature fluctuation of the effective temperature field are better than 33mK,which can meet the field calibration requirements of the cryogenic wind tunnel temperature sensors.
