摘 要:结构优化设计一直是磁流体密封耐压能力研究热点。该文基于有限体积法设计一种磁体内嵌型磁流体密封装置,该结构相比于一般的磁流体密封装置具有便于加工、安装的优点。然后利用电磁学和流体力学原理推导该结构极齿参数与磁力特性和密封压力的关系,最后进行数值计算与分析。研究结果表明:随着密封间隙的增加,间隙中磁流体磁感应强度差值成负指数变化;随着极齿宽度和极齿槽宽度的增加,间隙中磁流体磁感应强度差值成抛物线变化,分别在0.6 mm和6 mm处取得最大值;随着极齿高度的增加,间隙中磁流体磁感应强度差值近似线性减小,但是变化幅度不大。Structural optimization design has always been a hot spot in the research of magnetic fluid seal pressure resistance.Based on finite volume method,a magnetic fluid sealing device with embedded magnet is designed in this paper.Compared with the general magnetic fluid sealing device,the structure has the advantages of easy processing and installation.Then the relationship between the parameters of the pole teeth of the structure and the magnetic force characteristics and the sealing pressure is deduced by using the principles of electromagnetism and fluid mechanics.Finally,the numerical calculation and analysis are carried out.The results show that with the increase of the clearance,the difference of magnetic flux induction intensity in the clearance becomes negative exponential.With the increase of the width of the pole tooth and the width of the groove,the difference of the magnetic flux induction intensity in the gap changes into a parabola,and the maximum values are obtained at 0.6 mm and 6 mm,respectively.With the increase of the pole tooth height,the difference of magnetic flux induction intensity in the gap decreases linearly,but the variation is not large.
