摘 要:为了研究钻柱接触和钻柱振动对动态摩阻扭矩的影响,建立了实钻井眼轨迹的三维全井钻柱系统动力学数值仿真模型,针对深层页岩气水平井摩阻扭矩大的问题,分析钻进过程钻柱系统摩阻扭矩、应力分布及振动情况。研究结果表明:钻柱所受平均摩阻扭矩在增斜段处激增达到极大值,而进入水平段后,摩阻扭矩急剧减小,最后趋于稳定;水平段的平均摩阻扭矩略大于调整段,且摩阻扭矩的数值分布趋势与接触力、钻柱所受应力的分布趋势相同;钻柱所受的摩阻扭矩除了增斜段是连续分布的以外,水平段和调整段都是间歇性分布,但水平段比调整段分布更密集,同时钻柱接触力在水平段和增斜段都为低边接触;每当钻柱因井斜角、方位角变化而弯曲时,其所受应力、接触力和摩阻扭矩都会明显增加,且增加快慢与钻柱的弯曲程度呈正相关。所得结论可为深层页岩气水平井钻井参数优选及提速方案制定提供理论依据。In order to study the influence of drill string contact and vibration on dynamic friction torque,a dynamical numerical simulation model for 3D full-well drill string system of actual drilling wellbore trajectory was established.Considering the large friction torque in deep shale gas horizontal wells,the friction torque,stress distribution and vibration of drill string system during drilling were analyzed.The results show that the average friction torque on the drill string increases sharply to its maximum value in the build section,decreases sharply after entering the horizontal section,and finally tends to be stable.The average friction torque in the horizontal section is slightly greater than that in the adjustment section,and the numerical distribution trend of friction torque is the same as the distribution trend of contact force and stress on the drill string.The friction torque acting on the drill string is distributed intermittently in both the horizontal and the adjustment sections,except for the continuous distribution in the build section.However,the distribution is denser in the horizontal section than in the adjustment section,and the contact force of the drill string is low edge contact in both the horizontal and the build sections.Whenever the drill string bends due to changes in hole angle and azimuth,the stress,contact force and friction torque on it significantly increase,and the rate of increase is positively correlated with the degree of bending of the drill string.The conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of drilling parameters of deep shale gas horizontal wells and the formulation of improved ROP scheme.
