摘 要:页岩气水平井“一趟钻”技术能大幅提升钻井效率、降低钻井成本,在北美页岩气开发中得到了广泛应用。我国川南深层页岩气储层埋藏深、温度高、地质条件复杂,“一趟钻”技术面临诸多挑战。基于地质工程一体化理念,通过三维地质精细建模与关键层位标定形成了井眼轨迹优化设计与预调预判方法;利用大数据钻头效能评价机制,完成PDC钻头型号优选;融合钻井液地面降温、高温储层旋转导向工具优选、储层降密度欠平衡钻井等方法,最终形成了川南深层页岩气水平井造斜-水平段“一趟钻”钻井技术集成配套。在Y101H65-7井开展现场试验,首次实现了造斜-水平段“一趟钻”2330 m完钻,四开钻井周期较邻井缩短67%,较泸州区块缩短68%;水平段机械钻速15.78 m/h,较邻井提高129%,较泸州区块提高141%;井底循环温度相比邻井降低6~8℃。现场试验结果证明:该配套系列技术是实现川南深层页岩气造斜-水平段“一趟钻”高效经济开发的有效手段。研究结果可为我国深层页岩油气开发提供技术参考和借鉴。“One trip”technology for shale gas horizontal wells can significantly improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling costs,and has been widely used in the development of shale gas in North America.Deep shale gas reservoirs in China's southern Sichuan Basin are characterized by deep buried depth,high temperature and complex geological conditions,and the“one trip”technology faces many challenges.Based on the concept of geology-engineering integration,the 3D geological fine modeling and key horizon calibration were used to form the optimization design,preset and prejudgment method of wellbore trajectory,the bit efficiency evaluation mechanism of big data was used to complete PDC bit model optimization,and the methods such as surface cooling of drilling fluid,rotary steering tool optimization of high temperature reservoir,and reservoir density reduction underbalanced drilling were integrated to finally form a“one trip”drilling technology integration for kick off-horizontal section in deep shale gas horizontal wells in southern Sichuan Basin.Furthermore,field test was conducted in Well Y101H65-7,first achieving“one trip”2330 m drilling of kick off-horizontal section,the drilling period of fourth spud in was shortened by 67% than that of adjacent well and 68% than that of Luzhou block;the rate of penetration in the horizontal section was 15.78 m/h,increased by 129% than that of adjacent well and 141%than that of Luzhou block;and the bottomhole circulating temperature was reduced by 6~8℃ than that of adjacent well.The field test results show that the proposed technology is an effective means to realize the efficient and economic development of deep shale gas by“one trip”drilling of kick off-horizontal section in southern Sichuan Basin.The research results provide technical reference for the development of deep shale oil and gas in China.
