摘 要:针对海上M稠油油田具有深层高温地热水资源的现状,在对油田地质特性、原油物性及油藏特点等分析的基础上,提出利用地热能提高稠油油藏采收率的新方法。鉴于该油田生产平台未建造注水设施的现状,开发了一种自源闭式稠油地热水驱工艺及配套工具,同时发展“1拖2”共享水源+分层注水或同井抽油注水技术,即1口井采水+助流回注水,1口井地面注水或同井采油注水,提高了井筒利用率。现场实施结果表明,X1井实现了对4个生产层位进行注水能量补充,对应8口油井见效,日产油能力增加387 m^(3),年增油14.1×10^(4)m^(3)。该工艺对海上相似油田的开发提供了良好的借鉴和指导。The offshore M heavy oilfield has deep high-temperature geothermal water resources.A new method of using geothermal energy to improve the recovery factor of heavy oil reservoirs was proposed on the basis of the analysis of the oilfield geological characteristics,crude oil physical properties and reservoir characteristics.Since the production platform of the M oilfield has no water injection facilities,a self-supplied closed heavy oil geothermal water flooding technology and supporting tools were developed.Meanwhile,the technology of“one for two”shared water source+zonal water injection or pumped oil production and water injection in the same well were developed.Specifically,one well serves as both the water source(producing water)and water injection well,while the other well is a conventional zonal water injection well or performs oil production and water injection simultaneously.This technology improves wellbore utilization.Field application shows that well X1 injects water to replenish energy in four pay zones,which benefits 8 production wells by increasing the daily oil production by 387 m^(3)/d and the annual oil production by 14.1×10^(4) m^(3).The proposed technology provides a guidance and reference for offshore heavy oilfield development.
