摘 要:为分析分支井回接筒下放性能,基于自主研制的回接筒,建立了非线性接触有限元模型,提出了2阶段有限元分析方法,开展了回接筒下放过程仿真,从摩擦因数、结构参数、分离角度及偏离方位角等方面对回接筒的下放性能(最大等效应力和下放阻力)进行研究。研究结果表明:建立的有限元模型及方法可实现回接筒下放过程的有效模拟,通过与地面试验结果对比,能满足工程实际需求;设计参数方面,回接筒开口长度造成最大等效应力增加,但有助于减小最大下放阻力,分离角度增加会造成最大等效力和下放阻力大幅度增大,且增幅明显;作业过程方面,摩擦因数和方位角对回接筒下放过程中结构最大等效应力影响不明显,但会造成下放阻力的增加。所得结论可为分支井完井相关设计与现场作业提供参考。In order to analyze the lowering performance of tieback sleeve in branch hole,on the basis of the tieback sleeve developed independently,a nonlinear contact finite element model was built,a two-stage finite element analysis method was proposed,the lowering process simulation of tieback sleeve was conducted,and the lowering performance(maximum equivalent stress and lowering resistance)of the tieback sleeve was studied from the aspects of friction factor,structural parameters,separation angle and deviation azimuth.The results show that the established finite element model and method can achieve effective simulation on the lowering process of tieback sleeve,and can meet the actual needs of engineering by means of comparing with the ground test results;in terms of design parameters,the opening length of the tieback sleeve causes an increase in the maximum equivalent stress,but it helps to reduce the maximum lowering resistance,and an increase in separation angle would cause a significant increase in the maximum equivalent force and the lowering resistance;in terms of operation process,the friction factor and azimuth have little influence on the maximum equivalent stress of the structure during the lowering process of the tieback sleeve,but they can cause an increase in the lowering resistance.The conclusions provide reference for the relevant design and field operation of completion of branch holes.
