摘 要:针对井型数量占比较大的水平筛管井存在井眼轨迹易偏离优质储层、完井方式极大限制了增产措施工艺的实施2方面技术问题,在岩石扩容储层改造技术成功应用的基础上,通过暂堵、酸化、表活剂反向驱油等工艺优化组合,形成了水平筛管井不动管柱原位改造技术。技术优选油溶性改性树脂类暂堵剂,实现耐温和耐酸条件下体系的暂堵及自动解堵;研发了溶泥、溶钙的强溶蚀配套酸液;采用岩石扩容技术工艺,实现十几米至几十米井段的储层改造;采用活性纳米渗析表活剂作为扩容液,在耐温和耐盐条件下达到降低油水界面张力反向驱油及促进残液返排的目的。配套技术在E-A9H井进行了矿场试验,试验结果显示,该技术有效改善了水平段储层物性,改造半径达19.3 m,扩容区渗透率从83.2 mD提高至808.0 mD,增产效果显著。研究结果可为解决不动管柱条件下水平筛管井储层改造这一难题提供创新思路。Horizontal screen wells,which account for a large proportion of wells,are often challenged by two issues:deviation of wellbore trajectory from high-quality reservoirs,and restriction of completion mode on the implementation of stimulation treatments.Based on the success of rock dilation reservoir stimulation,the technologies such as temporary blocking,acidification and reverse oil displacement of surfactant were optimized and combined to form the technology of in-situ stimulation without pulling string in horizontal screen wells.The oil soluble modified resin temporary blocking agent was optimized to achieve temporary blocking and automatic unblocking of the system under temperature and acid resistant conditions.The strong corrosion supporting acid solutions that dissolve mud and calcium were developed.The rock dilation technology was used to achieve reservoir stimulation in hole sections ranging from a dozen meters to dozens of meters.The active nanodialysis surfactant was used as the dilation solution to reduce oil/water interfacial tension for reverse oil displacement and promoting the flowback of residual liquid under temperature and salt resistant conditions.Application in Well E-A9H demonstrates that the technology effectively improves the physical properties of the reservoir in horizontal section,the stimulation radius comes to 19.3 m,the permeability of the dilation area increases from 83.2 mD to 808.0 mD,and the production response is obvious.The research results provide innovative ideas for solving the problem of reservoir stimulation without pulling string in horizontal screen wells.
