摘  要:针对页岩气开采压裂作业中恶劣工况下极易产生冲蚀损伤的高压管汇在线检测问题,采用自主研发的可施加动载拉伸应力的冲蚀磨损试验机进行了室内固液两相流冲蚀试验,并基于磁记忆检测技术,对常用高压管汇材料35CrMo冲蚀过程进行了在线检测。研究结果表明:在颗粒冲蚀磨损和脉动拉伸疲劳的耦合作用下,试样冲蚀区域出现静载作用下未观察到的宏观裂纹;试样受动载作用时的冲蚀破坏比静载作用时的冲蚀破坏更为严重,冲蚀过程中冲蚀坑深度和磨损量都显著大于静载作用时相应数值;对冲蚀过程中的磁记忆信号进行降噪和梯度处理,信号梯度峰值与冲蚀坑深度呈正线性相关,信号梯度积分值与冲蚀磨损量也呈正线性相关。所得结论可为压裂现场恶劣工况下的高压管汇在线检测提供参考。In order to solve the problem of online detection of high-pressure manifold that is prone to erosional damage under severe working conditions during fracturing operation of shale gas wells,the independently developed erosion wear testing machine that can apply dynamic load tensile stress was used to conduct indoor solid-liquid two-phase flow erosion test,and then,the magnetic memory detection technology was used to conduct online detection on the erosion process of a commonly used high-pressure manifold material(35CrMo).The results show that under the action of coupled particle erosion wear and pulsating tensile fatigue,macro cracks that are not observed under static load occur in the erosion area of the sample;the erosion damage of the sample under dynamic load is more severe than that under static load,and the erosion pit depth and wear extent during the erosion process are obviously greater than the corresponding values under static load;noise reduction and gradient processing are conducted for the magnetic memory signal of the erosion process,the peak value of the signal gradient is positively linearly correlated with the erosion pit depth,and the integral value of the signal gradient is also positively linearly correlated with the extent of erosion wear.The conclusions provide reference for the online detection of high-pressure manifold under harsh conditions in the fracturing site.
