摘　　要：介绍了超限超载的危害以及治超工作面临的困境。基于理性选择理论,分析了超限超载运输行为的生成逻辑,最后基于协同治理理论,从信息平台、执法队伍、行业协会、宣传工作、公众参与等多个角度,提出协同治超的一系列对策。In this paper,we introduced the hazards of overload and oversize transportation and the difficulties in its governance.Then,using the rational choice theory,we analyzed the logic underlying the occurrence of the overload and oversize transportation phenomena.Finally,based on the theory of collaborative governance,we proposed a series of countermeasures of collaborative governance from the perspectives of information platform,law enforcement team,industry association,publicity work,public participation and so on.
