摘　　要：世界技能大赛货运代理项目是运输与物流大类下唯一的服务性管理类技能项目,也是众多项目中4个指定为“English only”项目之一。在分析选手培养面临挑战的基础上,提出货运代理选手培养模式,并从政府、培训基地、学校、企业四个层面提出保障机制,具有重要的参考价值。The paper points out that the freight forwarding event in the World Skills Competition is the only service management skill event under the transportation and logistics category,and also one of the four events designated as"English only"among various events.By analyzing the challenges of competitor training of the freight forwarder event,the paper puts forward the freight forwarding competitor training mode,and proposes the guarantee mechanism involving the government,training base,school and enterprise,which has important reference value.
