摘　　要：结合我国生鲜冷链的现状及不足,从内生风险和外生风险两大方面对生鲜冷链物流风险进行分析,运用熵权法和社会网络分析法得出重要风险因素并对其提出建议,为生鲜冷链各节点企业识别关键风险,减少食物浪费和能源消耗提供参考依据。Combining with the current situation and deficiency of the fresh cold chain in China,we analyzed the endogenous and exogenous risks of the fresh cold chain.Then,using the entropy weight method and social network analysis method,we determined the important risk factors and made recommendations,providing reference for enterprises at all nodes of the fresh cold chain to identify key risks and reduce food waste and energy consumption.
