摘　　要：将服务设计方法与智能科技相结合,规划高龄者智慧健康管理系统的产品功能与服务模式。分析高龄者生理与心理特征,通过用户画像和故事板梳理用户需求。基于服务设计方法制定健康管理服务系统设计策略定位,从高龄者视角出发设计解决方案,建立以家庭服务机器人、智能护理床和智能手环为核心的服务系统模型。架构高龄者智慧健康管理服务系统平台,采用敏捷开发方法进行智慧健康管理服务平台设计,搭建室内测试环境对设计结果进行评估。通过智能物联技术连接软件与硬件,搭建智慧健康管理服务系统,为高龄者提供高效实时的智能化养老服务。The service design method and intelligent technology are combined to plan the product function and service mode of the intelligent health management system for the elderly.Analyze the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and sort out user needs through user portraits and s toryboards.B ased o n t he s ervice d esign m ethod,the d esign s trategy positioning of health management service system is formulated,the solution is designed from the perspective of the elderly,and the service system model with home service robot,intelligent nursing bed and intelligent bracelet as the core is established.Construct the intelligent health management service system platform for the elderly,adopt the agile development method to design the intelligent health management service platform,and build an indoor test environment to evaluate the design results.Connect software and hardware through intelligent Internet of Things technology,build an intelligent health management service system,and provide efficient and real-time intelligent elderly care services for the elderly.
