摘　　要：为满足深圳市新的总氮排放要求,某餐厨沼液处理厂通过加强预处理系统,改造AO系统、新增硝化液回流以及超滤回流系统。结果表明,改造完成后预处理系统对总磷和SS的去除率分别在80%和75%以上,减轻了后续生化系统及膜系统的运行压力。改造后系统对氨氮的去除率达到99.6%以上,二级AO出水总氮基本维持在40 mg/L左右。出水总氮可以满足排放的要求,可为其他类似总氮提标改造项目提供参考。In order to meet the new total nitrogen emission requirements in Shenzhen,a certain kitchen biogas slurry treatment plant has retrofitted the AO system,newly added nitrification liquid reflux system,and ultrafiltration reflux system by strengthening the pre-treatment system.The results show that after the modification,the removal rates of total phosphorus and SS by the pretreatment system are above 80%and 75%,respectively,which reduced the operating pressure of the subsequent biochemical system and membrane system.After the modification,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached more than 99.6%,and the total nitrogen of secondary AO effluent is basically maintained 40 mg/L.The effluent total nitrogen can meet the discharge requirements,which can be used as reference for other similar total nitrogen upgrading projects.
