摘　　要：生物安全实验室为科学研究、诊断治疗和疾病防控的重要技术支撑平台,涉及致病性菌(毒)种、感染性实验操作、携带病毒(菌)的实验动物等高风险因子,亟需加强管理以适应当今生物危害的严峻形势。本文分析实验室生物安全当前所面临的主要问题,从风险分析、风险预防、治理措施和应急处理4个角度总结实验室生物安全管理的方法与经验,以期为生物安全实验室管理提供参考。The biosafety laboratory is an important technical support platform for scientific research,diagnosis and treatment,and disease prevention and control,involving pathogenic bacteria(viruses),infectious experimental operations,experimental animals carrying viruses(bacteria)and other high-risk factors.It is urgent to strengthen management to adapt to today’s severe situation of biological hazards.This paper analyzes the main problems faced by laboratory biosafety at present,and summarizes the methods and experience of laboratory biosafety management from four perspectives of risk analysis,risk prevention,governance measures and emergency response,with a view to providing reference for the management of biosafety laboratories.
