摘　　要：蛇床子素(Osthole)是传统中草药蛇床子(Cnidium monnieri)的主要活性成分,具有多种生物学功能。现代医学研究发现,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中,蛇床子素可有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等。本文主要对蛇床子素在相关肿瘤疾病中发挥的作用及其研究进展进行综述。Osthole is the main active component of Cnidium monnieri,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,and has many biological functions.Modern medical research has found that osthole can effectively inhibit the proliferation and migration of tumor cells and induce apoptosis of tumor cells during the occurrence and development of tumors.This article mainly reviews the role of osthole in related tumor diseases and its research progress.
