摘　　要：乙烯是重要的化工基础原料,其下游产品主要有聚乙烯、环氧乙烷、乙二醇等。目前我国乙烯生产以石脑油蒸汽裂解为主,煤制烯烃、轻烃裂解项目占比较大,呈现多种工艺齐头并进的发展趋势,同时乙烯生产工艺呈装置大型化、原料轻质化等发展趋势。本文分析了我国乙烯工业近年来的发展情况,介绍了目前主流的乙烯生产工艺,并对目前生产乙烯的主流工艺——石脑油蒸汽裂解工艺进行了详细介绍,以期为乙烯从业者提供一些借鉴。Ethylene is an important basic chemical raw material,and its main downstream products are polyethylene,ethylene oxide,ethylene glycol,etc.At present,China’s ethylene production is mainly based on naphtha steam cracking,with coal to olefin and light hydrocarbon cracking projects accounting for a large proportion,showing a trend of multiple processes advancing simultaneously.At the same time,the ethylene production process is showing a trend of large-scale equipment and lightweight raw materials.This article analyzes the development of China’s ethylene industry in recent years,introduces the current mainstream ethylene production processes,and provides a detailed introduction to the current mainstream ethylene production process-naphtha steam cracking process,in order to provide some reference for ethylene practitioners.
