摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法、水热分散法和高温水热法对ZSM-5分子筛进行磷元素改性,制备了不同工艺改性分子筛,通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜等表征以及催化裂化(FCC)增产丙烯的性能评价,分析不同改性工艺对ZSM-5分子筛物理化学性质和FCC增产丙烯性能的影响。结果表明:不同工艺改性对比,随着改性温度的升高,分子筛的孔体积增大,酸性增强;等体积浸渍法改性时磷与分子筛相互作用较弱,水热分散法和高温水热法改性时磷与分子筛相互作用较强;基于水热分散法改性ZSM-5分子筛制备的助剂,其FCC丙烯收率最高,达到12.43%。ZSM-5 zeolites were modified with phosphorus by incipient-wetness impregnation method,hydrothermal dispersion method and high-temperature hydrothermal method,respectively.The phosphorus modified zeolites were analyzed by XRD,TEM,SEM,etc.The performance of increasing propylene production in FCC process was evaluated.The results showed that the pore volume and the acidity of the modified zeolites increased with the increase of the modification temperature.The interaction between P and zeolites was weak by incipient-wetness impregnation,and strong by hydrothermal dispersion or high-temperature hydrothermal.The evaluation results showed that the propylene yield of the additives with ZSM-5 modified by hydrothermal dispersion was the highest,reaching 12.43%.
