摘 要:制冷系统的良好运行是保证乙烯装置乙烯回收率的关键因素。当乙烯装置负荷较高时,三元制冷系统容易存在冷剂分配不合理、系统操作稳定性差的问题,进而导致脱甲烷塔塔顶温度高、乙烯损失严重等问题。采用过程模拟软件建立三元制冷系统模型,利用稳态模拟和动态模拟分析了裂解气量及其组成变化对三元制冷系统运行的影响,找到了影响该系统稳定运行的关键参数,提出了冷箱及脱甲烷塔针对多种工况的调整方法、三元制冷压缩机三段出口温改方案及脱甲烷塔塔顶跨线调整策略等优化建议,对乙烯装置三元制冷系统的优化操作具有一定的理论指导意义。The running condition of refrigeration system is the key factor to ensure the ethylene recovery of ethylene plant.When the load of ethylene plant was high,the problems of unreasonable refrigerant distribution and poor system operation stability of the ternary refrigeration system were easy to exist,which led to excessive temperature at the top of demethanation column and serious ethylene loss.A ternary refrigeration system model was established by process simulation software,and the influence of pyrolysis gas volume and its composition on the operation of ternary refrigeration system was analyzed by steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation.The key parameters affecting the stable operation of the system were found,and some optimization suggestions were put forward,such as the adjustment methods for ternary cold box and demethanation column for various working conditions,the three-stage outlet temperature modification scheme of ternary refrigeration compressor,and the top-span line the adjustment strategy of demethanation column,it was of theoretical significance for the optimal operation of ternary refrigeration system in ethylene plant.
