基于线上到线下模式的健康管理在变应性鼻炎患者皮下免疫治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨线上到线下(O2O)模式的健康管理在变应性鼻炎患者皮下免疫治疗(SCIT)中的应用效果。方法采用系统抽样法,选取2018年3月-2020年2月年在我院鼻炎专科门诊接受SCIT的300例患者作为研究对象,将2018年3月-2019年2月接受常规门诊SCIT的150例患者作为对照组,将2019年3月-2020年2月收治的150例患者作为观察组,在对照组的基础上采取O2O模式的健康管理。观察2组患者SCIT在脱落率、到达维持期所需时间、脱落原因、鼻炎症状(VAS)、生活质量(RQLQ)、满意度情况。结果观察组脱落率、到达维持剂量所需时间、满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时间段,2组鼻炎症状VAS评价、RQLQ评分比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脱落原因分析发现2组患者在疗程时间长和症状好转上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论O2O模式的健康管理可以增加患者SCIT治疗依从性,减少脱落率,改善鼻炎症状和提高生活质量,融洽医患关系。Objective To explore the application effect of online to offline(O2O)health management in the subcutaneous immunotherapy(SCIT)of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The systematic sampling method was used to select 300 patients who received SCIT in the rhinitis specialist clinic of our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 as the research object,150 patients who received SCIT in the routine outpatient clinic from March 2018 to February 2019 as the control group,and 150 patients who received O2O mode health management based on the control group from March 2019 to February 2020 as the intervention group.The rate of SCIT abscission,the time needed to reach the maintenance period,the causes of SCIT abscission,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of rhinitis symptoms,the quality of life of rhinoconjunctivitis(RQLQ),and the satisfaction of SCIT between the two groups were observed.Results The rate of abscission,the time needed to reach the maintenance dose,and the satisfaction of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At different time periods,VAS of rhinitis symptoms and RQLQ scores of the two groups were compared,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of abscission in the control group was higher than that in the intervention group due to the long course of treatment and improvement of symptoms,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management of O2O mode can increase the compliance of patients with SCIT treatment,reduce the rate of dropout,improve the symptoms of rhinitis and quality of life,and integrate the doctor-patient relationship.
