摘  要:为了提高SiO_(2f)/SiO_(2)复合材料的防潮性能,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法对多级防潮涂层的成型工艺参数进行优化。通过Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,以十周期交变湿热吸水率为响应值,研究疏水时间、刮涂次数、浸涂时间和喷涂遍数4个因素对吸水率的影响,建立相关数学模型,并进行试验验证。结果表明:4个因素对吸水率的影响均达到极显著水平,此外疏水时间,喷涂遍数,浸涂时间及刮涂次数对吸水率的影响依次减弱。模型数值优化获得最优工艺条件为疏水时间12h,刮涂次数3次,浸涂时间2.8h,喷涂遍数3次。在此工艺条件下,吸水率实际降低到0.198%,与预测值0.195%的偏差在2.0%以内。因此,所建模型为实现SiO_(2f)/SiO_(2)复合材料的超高防潮性能提供科学依据。In order to improve the moisture resistance of SiO_(2f)/SiO_(2)composites,the response surface method was used to optimize the molding process parameters of the multilevel moisture-proof coating on the basis of the single factor test.Based on the Box-Behnken central combination test design,the effects of four factors on water absorption,including hydrophobic time,scraping times,dipping time and spraying times,were studied with the water absorption of 10-cycle alternating humidity and temperature test as the response value.Relevant mathematical models are established and tested.The results showed that the influence of four factors on water absorption was extremely significant,and the influence of hydrophobic time,spraying times,dipping time and scraping times on water absorption was weakened in turn.The optimal process conditions obtained by the numerical optimization of the model were as follows:hydrophobic time of 12h,scraping times of 3,dipping time of 2.8h and spraying times of 3.Under this process condition,the water absorption actually decreased to 0.198%,and the deviation from the predicted value of 0.195%was within 2.0%.Therefore,the established model provides scientific basis for realizing the ultra-high moisture-proof performance of SiO_(2f)/SiO_(2)composite.
